Assessment & Consultation
Many people are uncertain whether therapy is right for them, or what kind of therapy would be most suitable. Warley Hill Practice offers assessment and consultation for people considering therapy but who aren't sure whether it is for them, or what kind to take up.
A consultation usually lasts for ninety minutes, affording sufficient time to gauge what's likely to be in your best interests. The practitioner you meet with might feel that working together further would be most appropriate, or that another practitioner within the practice would be more suitable. Alternatively, the therapist might recommend something outside of the practice altogether. All of this can be discussed at a consultation.
